Shipping Rates
Free shipping on all domestic orders over $199 USD
$8 flat rate for domestic orders under $199
Free shipping on all international orders over $399 USD
$38 flat rate for international orders under $399
Customs duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

U.S. Orders: DHL E-commerce or USPS (Signature required)
International Orders: DHL, USPS Express, Royal Mail (UK), La Poste (France)
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Please double-check your shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses or once an item is marked “Delivered.”

Return & Exchange Policy
Easy 7-Day Returns
Not in love with your item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery to start a return.
Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with all labels attached

Returns accepted via our offices in Washington, U.S. or Hong Kong
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us immediately. We'll arrange a free repair or replacement within 7 days of receipt.
Exclusions
Custom or engraved items are non-returnable
Returns due to customer error (e.g. wrong shipping info) are not eligible for refund
Unauthorized returns won’t be processed
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for it to appear in your account.
