Shipping Schedule
We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding major U.S. public holidays.

We currently ship to:

  2. Europe: Most EU countries including the UK, France, Germany, and more

  3. Asia-Pacific: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, India, Southeast Asia, and more

  4. Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

  5. Middle East: UAE, Israel

Shipping Rates

  1. Free shipping on all domestic orders over $199 USD

  2. $8 flat rate for domestic orders under $199

  3. Free shipping on all international orders over $399 USD

  4. $38 flat rate for international orders under $399

        Customs duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Carriers We Use

  1. U.S. Orders: DHL E-commerce or USPS (Signature required)

  2. International Orders: DHL, USPS Express, Royal Mail (UK), La Poste (France)

        We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Please double-check your shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses or once an item is marked “Delivered.”

Delivery Times

  1. U.S. & APAC: 3–7 business days

  2. Europe, Oceania, Middle East: 5–14 business days

        Orders ship within 5–7 business days. Tracking info will be emailed once shipped.

Yes, every order includes tracking. You’ll receive it via email once your order ships.

Return & Exchange Policy

Easy 7-Day Returns
Not in love with your item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery to start a return.

  1. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with all labels attached

  2. Email us at support@bigella.com with your order number and item details

  3. Returns accepted via our offices in Washington, U.S. or Hong Kong

Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us immediately. We'll arrange a free repair or replacement within 7 days of receipt.

Exclusions

  1. Custom or engraved items are non-returnable

  2. Returns due to customer error (e.g. wrong shipping info) are not eligible for refund

  3. Unauthorized returns won’t be processed

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for it to appear in your account.
