We ship from Monday to Saturday, except on major U.S. public holidays.

Where does Big Ella ship to?

We ship to North America, Europe, Asia, Oceania and Middle East. We’re working to bring Big Ella Fine Jewelry to more customers, below is a summary of our current shipping destinations:

Americas: United States, Canada, Mexico

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over $299 both domestically and internationally. For orders below $299, we charge a flat rate of $8.

We have no control over government-imposed charges like import duties. Customers will be responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred during customs clearance.

Which courier do you use?

All US orders are shipped via DHL Ecommerce or USPS and require signature for delivery. For international orders, we use DHL Ecommerce, USPS Express or USPS for most of our orders. Sometimes we may use Royal Mail and La Poste for orders to UK and France respectively.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. We will not be responsible for inaccurate shipping information entered at checkout, inaccurate method, any delay caused in transit, and any delivery issues once the item has been marked as “Delivered”.

How long will delivery take?

All our jewelries are hand crafted to order. Please allow up to 5 -7 business days for your jewelry to ship. We will send you a tracking number by email once your order is ready to ship.

Americas: 3 – 7 business days

APAC: 3 – 7 business days

Europe, Oceania and Middle East: 5 – 14 business days

COVID-19 UPDATES: We follow strict sanitizing procedures in our warehouses and deliveries. The pandemic has caused major delays in some flight routes but we are recovering quickly. Please allow a few extra days for processing and shipping.
